1. What 13F Hub Does

13F Hub provides investment research tools based on public filings, market data, institutional holdings, insider trading disclosures, and related analytics. Market and filing information may come from public sources, third-party data providers, and our own derived datasets. Any content shown in the service is for informational purposes only and is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and personalize the service. Depending on how you use 13F Hub, this may include:

• Account and authentication information, including Sign in with Apple identifiers, authentication tokens, local installation identifiers, backend user identifiers, and iCloud user record identifiers when used for account or notification identity.
• Membership and purchase status, including RevenueCat user IDs, product IDs, membership type, premium status, expiration dates, billing issue status, App Store or StoreKit environment, and related membership metadata.
• Notification information, including APNs device tokens, device IDs, device names, app version, iOS version, APNs environment, stock alert symbols, institution filer IDs, alert levels, and subscription timestamps.
• User-provided portfolio and preference data, including watchlists, holdings, transaction or position inputs, selected institutions, alert settings, trend color preference, app language, cache state, and local search history.
• AI analysis request information, including selected stocks, weights, institutions, analysis periods, language, request status, monthly quota usage, and technical request metadata needed to produce and meter AI analysis.
• Analytics and diagnostics information, including product usage events, screen views, breadcrumbs, crash reports, and error details. PostHog and Sentry are initialized only after you opt in to analytics tracking in the app.
• Technical and network information, including IP address, request time, endpoint, status code, device or browser information, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Local Storage and iCloud

The iOS app stores some information locally on your device, such as settings, cache entries, search history, authentication state, installation identifiers, and app preferences. If iCloud or CloudKit sync is enabled, selected app data may be stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure and synchronized across your devices. You can manage iCloud availability from iOS system settings and manage app cache or search history from the app where supported.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide core app and website functionality, including 13F research, stock and institution views, portfolio tools, subscriptions, and notifications.
• Verify membership status, apply premium feature access, prevent duplicate entitlement checks, and maintain subscription history.
• Send requested push notifications for followed stocks, institutions, filings, or other alerts.
• Generate AI-assisted portfolio analysis and enforce monthly AI usage quotas.
• Remember your settings, language, local cache, and preferences.
• Monitor reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve the product through analytics only when you have opted in.

5. Third Parties and Infrastructure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the service:

• Apple services, including Sign in with Apple, App Store, StoreKit, APNs, iCloud, and CloudKit.
• RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase status management.
• PostHog for opt-in product analytics.
• Sentry for opt-in crash reporting and diagnostics.
• OpenRouter and model providers for AI analysis requests that you initiate.
• Alibaba Cloud services, including hosted backend infrastructure, PostgreSQL, object storage, and network services.
• Public filing, market data, and financial data providers needed to deliver research features.

6. Your Choices

• You can decline or withdraw analytics tracking in the app settings. If you opt out, PostHog and Sentry tracking are not initialized for analytics collection.
• You can manage push notification permission in iOS system settings and manage followed stocks or institutions in the app.
• You can clear local cache and search history using app controls where available.
• You can disable iCloud sync from iOS settings. Data already stored by Apple may remain subject to Apple's iCloud policies and your Apple account settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for information we control.

7. Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear it, or uninstall the app, subject to iOS and iCloud behavior. Backend records such as membership status, notification subscriptions, device registrations, AI quota usage, security logs, and audit records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and subscription accuracy, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate our systems. When you request deletion, we will verify the request and delete or de-identify information we control unless retention is required for legitimate operational, security, legal, or compliance reasons.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, token-based authentication, and service monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Transfers

13F Hub and its providers may process information in different countries or regions, including where our infrastructure, Apple services, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, OpenRouter, model providers, and data providers operate. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed outside your region.

10. Children's Privacy

13F Hub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide notice through the app, website, or other reasonable means.
